Invitation for Bid

Capital Fund Installation of four (4) HVAC units, and upgrade the Electrical panel(s) to 125 AMPs for service in four 3-bedroom units.

The Housing Authority for the City of Arkadelphia (AHA) request SEALED bids from qualified contractors to provide the Carpenter Hill Development with the goods, and services required to install four (4) HVAC units, including the Electrical Upgrades to 125 AMP services, and the replacement and/or repair of all drywalls, painting and detailed finish work as required for the said upgrades.

Beginning January 9, 2026 the IFB will be available free of charge at the AHA office, located at 670 South 6th Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923. All bids submitted must be received no later than February 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST  A pre-bid walk thru will be held at the AHA office on January 20, 2026, at 9 a.m. All vendors are highly encouraged to attend.

This IFB contains specific submission requirements, anticipated scope, as well as terms, conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a bid for this service. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished per the instruction and submitted in a sealed envelope to show the address of the bidder, job number, date and time of bid opening.
